Hey there, everyone! We're testing out a home soda machine that lets you instantly make up a liter of sugar-free soda in a wide range of flavors. We'll be telling you the results soon, but so far it's great to be able to decide "I'd like sugar-free cream soda with lunch" and 10 seconds later pour out a glass!

Water Percentage vs Water Drinking
Many people now have scales which tell them their weight, body fat and body water percentage. This is great information - but it's also important to understand how water percentage works.


Lifesavers Sugar-Free Fruit Tarts
I'm always pleased when I see new sugar-free candy products on the market. Not that I promote the idea of eating candy - but if you're going to eat candy, it might as well not have teeth-rotting sugar in it! Lifesavers has a great option with their fruit tarts.


Tip for the day - keep a water bottle with you when you travel, and keep a large glass by you while you use your computer or watch TV. By the time you get thirsty, your body is already dehydrated. Drink regularly, it really does help you to lose weight!
