I can really see a big difference in my energy levels if I'm out with friends and eat something sugary. Sure, I get the quick sugar rush - and then I plummet and am sluggish for hours afterwards. It just isn't worth it! Get yourself some fresh berries and enjoy them. The harvests are coming in - and it's a great time to get your tongue enjoying the fresh flavors!
Learning to Like Fish
Pretty much every healthy eating system - including low carb - encourages people to eat fish several times a week. They are full of important omega oils. What if you did not grow up in a fish eating household?
