Hello Martial Arts fans,
I hope everyone is having a good week so far. This week I'm kicking off a series that will cover Martial Arts in the Olympics. I'm looking forward to seeing the Olympics this year in part because it is happening in China and I had the opportunity to be there just recently.
If you have some free time, please take a moment to stop by the forums. There's a few threads of conversation on the Internal Arts and some tips to how to begin. I've also personally just purchased one of the Budokon videos and I'm hoping to get a chance in the next few weeks to watch it and give you my feedback.
Meanwhile, this week's article:
Martial Arts and the Olympics
Martial Arts is a fairly new addition to the modern day Olympics. But that wasn’t always the case. In fact, the original premise of the Olympics was based on “martial” concepts.
