If anyone has a reference to good instructions for configuring a Mac, I'd appreciate it. I don't have access to a Mac right now, so I can't test instructions and I'd hate to recommend something that is overly difficult or just plain wrong!

Also, is there any interest in learning to setup Linux, Unix, or BSD for Middle Eastern Languages? Let me know...
