When my children are grown - and even as they are growing - I want them to take pride in the work they do. I want them to care about others and to always act with integrity. I hope they will accept the responsibilities that are theirs and that they will be diligent in their actions. Developing a strong work ethic is important to me, and - I believe - important for their futures.
