January 19 2013 Mystery Books Newsletter

Hi everyone,

We have had a run of reviewing interesting books based in the Southwestern states of Arizona and New Mexico. I used to live in Tucson and traveled extensively around those two states, so I very much enjoy reading mysteries based in places that I visited.

This story takes place south of Tucson, close to the Mexican border. Here's the latest review from the Mystery Books site at BellaOnline.com.

Desert Shadow Review
A retired couple get caught up in a smuggling operation taking place on their land near the Mexican-Arizona boundary that puts their lives in grave danger.
