October 15 2013 Mystery Books Newsletter

Hi everyone,

Edie here with the latest review from the Mystery Books site at BellaOnline.com. We have read many mysteries over the years and appreciated when a recurring series kept us engrossed in the latest story. This book was the second in a series and an intriguing, fictional look at the Navajo Nation and its people.

Boy Made of Dawn Review
Charlie Yazzi of the Navajo Nation Legal Services was asked to help find a young boy who was missing. Little did he know what he was getting himself into when he responded to the request.

Quote:

"Man has always felt most vulnerable in that lonely, netherworld between darkness and dawn. Often it is then death takes the sick and weak, they give up finally, unable to bear the weight of another day. A person may - not knowing why - suddenly awaken, if only for an instant, to assure himself all is well."
~R. Allen Chappell, author of Boy Made of Dawn.
