I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day. May you all continue to enjoy the week and enjoy those you love. The best part of Valentine's Day for me has always been buying chocolate. I love chocolate!!! I encourage you all to buy dark chocolate which is heart healthy.

Please continue to read and learn about heart disease in men and women. Know the symptoms and warning signs. Most of all teach about heart disease this month. It is such an important subject.

Speaking of Valentine's Day and love, please remember to also keep your co-workers in your thoughts, and show them how much you appreciate them.

This weeks article was of special interest to me because it is a passion of mine to let my co-workers know how much I care for them. I look forward to reading in the forum how other nurses are dealing with work place issues.
