With all the holidays over and behind us, winter almost over, and spring on its is time to relax take a deep breathe and reflect on ways to take care of ourselves.

Research has shown that just taking 10=12 minutes a days of deep breathing, chanting, meditating can reduce stress and blood pressure. Also yoga is a excellent way to relax, stretch, learn deep breathing, and can help strengthen muscles.

Enjoy this time to just think of the wonderful things in your life and appreciate those you love and care for.

Take care of yourself for a change, instead of everyone else!
