August 9 2006 Pediatrics Newsletter

Hi Everyone!

With August about half way over, there is no denying that a new school year will be soon upon us, and sooner for some than for others. To help with the transition, ease back into a school-like bedtime and wake-up routine as the first day of school approaches. Stop by and check out the latest threads and feel free to give your 2cents. One of the best aspects of the Forum is the sharing of ideas among so many parents. Even if your situation is different, there is huge value in knowing what others are experiencing.

Just added this week: Fun and Games. Highlights this week include pediatric word games and postcards.

To help you stay up to date on the the latest parenting and child health news, stop by one of my blogs:

Finally, as you ease back into another school year, I've put together a list of resources on my web site, Pediatrics Now. My September issue will have much more practical information but this list will help you dust off a few cobwebs:

Enjoy the remainder of the summer. I'll touch base again just after Labor Day.
