Dearest Friends,
I have been unwell the past two weeks and have missed sending out my newsletter. So, this newsletter will feature two new articles instead of one!
In the first article, The Path of Reason, I examine how being guided by reason in our daily lives enables us to make the choices and decisions that will fit in best with our long-term goals - and ultimately bring us lasting contentment.
In the second article, Our Inner Self, I encourage my readers to use their innate self-awareness to guide them away from the values, beliefs, and opinions that others may pressure them to adopt - and to listen instead to their own voice of truth.
The Path of Reason
Why do our lives often seem beyond our control? Why do circumstances so often overwhelm us? In The Path of Reason, I demonstrate how learning to use our reason rather than our passions to guide our daily lives will enable us to make the choices and decisions that will lead to true fulfillment.

Our Inner Self
What is more important - social acceptance or self-acceptance? Can we accept ourselves without being true to who we are? My article examines how living a life connected to our core values - our inner truth - can bring us peace and contentment and offer us a chance to become more than we are.
