Dear Readers,
This time I decided to take care of your cooking skills. Among numerous Polish dishes my favourite ones are various dumplings. Maybe it is because of the limited choice that I have as a vegetarian... and maybe it is because the Poles generally love dumplings! :) This time, however, I decided to present the less popular ones - KOPYTKA. They differ from pierogi as they are not stuffed. This simple dish might be a great idea for lunch, dinner or dessert (as sweet topping is especially advised in this case). Enjoy!
Kopytka (Little Hooves) recipe
Potato dumplings, that remind with their shape little hooves, may be served in various ways. They are easy and cheap to make. Kopytka taste wonderfully with spicy toppings as well as with sugar and melted butter on it.
