Welcome to Polish Culture Newsletter!
As you all know Polish Culture is not only about the language or sites but it is also about the cuisine that is a part of our tradition. To continue with traditional Polish dishes, this week I am happy to present you the recipe used at my home that, at the same time, belongs to my favourite meals. I hope many of you will give a try and enjoy stuffed cabbage!
Golabki (stuffed cabbage) recipe
Although the name golabki stands for little pigeons, the dish has nothing to do with these birds. It consists of stuffed cabbage with filling made of rice, barely and meat or mushrooms. It tastes delicious with sauce.
