Hello Everyone,

Now that Christmas is over, we're all looking forward to welcoming in the New Year.  If you're planning to throw a party, check the Quick Cooking Site for fast and easy appetizers as well as a few fancy but easy main dishes and desserts.  You may even consider setting up a brunch buffet for those guests who are celebrating into the wee hours.  New Years Day is a great time to serve brunch dishes to your family.  I've featured three of my favorite brunch dishes in this newsletter; I hope you like them as much as I do!

I've found that most of us like to start the new year by making resolutions.  One of my New Years resolutions is to have plenty of the basic modules in my freezer so that I can create great meals in very little time.  If you haven't tried any of the modules posted on this site, now is a great time; they'll save you hours in the kitchen, and you'll have the ability to make great meals in just minutes of hands-on time.  Please check the Quick Cooking site daily to see the latest Quick and Easy recipes.

Thanks for visiting the Quick Cooking Site!
