Rubber Art Stamping

December 13 2007 Rubber Art Stamping Newsletter

Can you believe the holidays are not over yet! You can find some tips on how to complete your cards with a professional touch in this week’s article Embossing on Holiday Cards.

If you already know how to emboss, maybe this will refresh your mind about things you learned long ago. I, for instance, didn’t realize that my gold Embossing Powder was not working well because it outlasted its shelf life (by about 20 years!) Apparently, gold embossing powder only has a 6-month shelf life for optimum performance. I know mine last many years longer than 6-months, but suddenly it stopped working. You can read more about embossing at:

This week I will be opening up the forum conversations about embossing, so please join in. Share your opinions about your favorite vendors, what work and what doesn’t work, etc. It’s free to join, and fun to read:

I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this email message. Please pass this message along to family and friends, because it’s great to be able to share our art together.

Quote of the week:
If we examine every stage of our lives, we find that from our first breath to our last we are under the constraint of circumstances. And yet we still possess the greatest of all freedoms, the power of developing our innermost selves in harmony with the moral order of the Universe, and so winning peace at heart whatever obstacles we meet. -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

I wish you peace at heart, whatever obstacles you meet.
