Great News for the New Year! The Shuttlebirds Tatting Guild in Spokane Washington announces the 2017 Tat Days.

Registration for the 21st annual tatting workshop on May 4th-7th, is open and runs through 9:00 pm (PDT) March 27th. Registration by USPS must be postmarked by March 27th and received by April 1st, 2017. The theme this year is “A Flurry of Flakes.” Complete details can be found on the workshop page of our website:

New Venue !

The workshop will be at Ross Point Camp and Conference Center in Post Falls, ID. Ross Point is located 1 mile south of I-90 at Exit 7, along the Spokane River. The facilities are beautiful and restful with large gathering rooms for vending and non-class time and also provide plenty of recreational activity for our non-tatting guests. Please read over all of the information on our website and let us know if you have any questions.

There are scholarships available if you or someone you know needs some help to attend.

Please note: For online registrations, payment must be received within 48 hours for PayPal payments and 5 days (not including Sundays or postal holidays) by mail.

And, please remember that this is a scent free event. We respectfully ask that you not wear perfume, scented cologne, scented lotions, etc., while at the workshop as some of our attendees have severe chemical allergies.

And, we want to see your tatting! Please share by bringing items for the display area and/or entering the theme contest: Snowflakes in white and/or blue ice thread with have 6 or 8 points. Creativity is definitely encouraged.

Questions about classes will be forwarded to the respective teacher to answer.
