It was a tough choice what to write about for July 13th history. I chose to write about Harrison Ford, but I considered writing about "Live Aid". On July 13, 1985 Live Aid was a worldwide concert to raise money for Africans. Over $125 million was raised to relieve famine in Africa. Truly a memorable event i history.

On a lighter note, here are some fun facts about the acting Great Harrison Ford:

Harrison Ford Born July 13, 1942
Harrison Ford was in several of Hollywood's biggest money making movies. But stardom didn't come easy for him and he almost traded careers to become a carpenter. It was actually while doing carpentry for a casting director that he was given his first big break.
