When you are feeling under the weather chicken soup is not the only soup which is full of vitamins and nutrients! Vegetable soups are incredibly delicious, will certainly warm you up and make you feel better.
I've also included a few articles on Herbs which are a great passion of mine and an invaluable addition to any recipe.
