I'm hoping you all are doing well with your New Year's Resolutions, health plans, diets and most of all that your lives are doing well beyond measure. We've had and are still having a bit of an interesting new start of this year. A lot of changes and shifts for the better, but changes and shifts nonetheless. It's caused us to ahve to add more things to the mix of our balancing act and has given us more opportunity to grow in new directions. God is good. Well... This week I'm glad to share with you the newest articles. It occurred to me that we should definitely take a good look at a lot of the fundamentals of vegetarian cuisine and foundational dishes/staples. These will give you some of the principles around the foods we eat and healthy ways to prepare them.

In the following articles we'll look at the black eyed pea and the perfect pasta recipe principles.

Try cooking peanuts like you would beans. They're flavorful, high in protein and they're really a bean anyway and not a true nut.
