This has been a great week for me and my family. Busy, as usual, but great. I thought that I should include some recipe basics for you. When you have these things under your belt you can really stretch them in any direction you want to innovate new dishes. Try them out and let us know how you tweaked your basic recipes into cutting-edge culinary masterpieces.
