April 29 2009 Vegetarian Newsletter

Every now and then I get a great question that inspires an immediate response in the form of an article. This week's newsletter highlights one such article.

Many people don't think about the health dynamics of diet whether it's vegetarian or not; and because of this, there are many folks walking around today that suffer from many health deficits. This doesn't have to be the case in your life or he lives of those you care most deeply about.

I'm excited to share with you some of the items you should consider when designing your culinary lifestyle, herbivore, carnivore or omnivore, no matter which you choose.

Keep your questions and comments coming! I love'em and want to make sure that my content is always relevant to you.

Bon Appetite!

You don't need dairy to make a nice cream sauce. Nuts, seeds, legumes or roots can make wonderful sauces and creams. Keep any or all of these on hand. Trust me on this when I tell you... we're going to eventually dive into this topic and you're going to want to have them at the ready to be able to try them out!
