There's nothing like having the basic dish foundations at hand. Whether you've purchased them or make them yourself, it's always a good idea to keep items on hand so at a moments' notice you can reach for them and create a culinary masterpiece. This is the case with this week's article. We're looking at nut and seed pastes and some of the many things you can do with them. Personally, I go way beyond what I've mentioned in this article, but rest assured after you play with these ideas... I'm sure you will too.

Give me your feedback and let me know what else you want to delve into in this thing we call a vegetarian lifestyle.

Bon Appetite!

Think outside of the box. Explore different food items and play with them in your kitchen. Many people have a fear of messing things up in the kitchen, but don't worry about it! Instead try everything you can with the item and take mental notes. By the time you're finished you'll be an expert on what all it can do and taste like and for a fraction of the cost of what culinary school would've charged. ;-)
