My name is Nancy Welker, and I'm the new Weight Loss Editor at BellaOnline. It's great to be here once again, as I was formerly the Editor of the Yoga Site here as well back in 2009 and 2010.

My focus as a fitness and nutrition professional is on making permanent changes to the way you live every day that enable you to reach a healthy body weight, good muscle tone and flexibility. I'm not in favor of fad diets, or get-slim-quick approaches. Instead, my work emphasizes how to educate yourself about how to eat well, exercise safely, and enjoy the journey toward improved fitness. I'm a very positive individual and always maintain a can-do attitude toward health!
Look for these newsletters to be sent out on Wednesday afternoons, once per month or more.
