First, of course, is the salad bar, which was very fresh and full of a wide assortment of really tasty things. You simply ignore the potato salad and such and get a big plate of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, eggs, and other snacks. Top it all off with oil and vinegar and you're having fun.
For the main dish, I got the Church Street Chicken. This is "Seared chicken with sauteed mushrooms, bacon, and melted Swiss cheese". It was really good! It came with veggies and rice - I simply gave the rice to my lunchmate. As it was I could not finish the main course because I was full, even without the rice.
I had water with this, and would gladly go back again!
UPDATE: We now regularly eat at Ruby Tuesday and have for many years. We are always quite pleased with the menu selections. There are healthy items on the menu to choose from and the salad bar is absolutely a key winner. Highly recommended.
