Ruby Tuesday on Low Carb / Atkins

The very first restaurant I went to on the Atkins diet was a Ruby Tuesday. Wow, was I impressed at how well I ate there!

First, of course, is the salad bar, which was VERY fresh and full of a wide assortment of really tasty things. You simply ignore the potato salad and such and get a big plate of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, eggs, and other snacks. Top it all off with oil and vinegar and you're having fun.

For the main dish, I got the Church Street Chicken. This is "Seared chicken with sauteed mushrooms, bacon, and melted Swiss cheese". It was really good! It came with veggies and rice - I simply gave the rice to my lunchmate. As it was I could not finish the main course because I was full, even without the rice.

I had water with this, and would gladly go back again!
