Harry, Ron and Professor McGonagall go in to see Dumbledore and Harry tells them about his dream. Dumbledore sends some of the headmasters from the portraits off to the hospital to check. Apparently since they are famous wizards their portraits hang in the hospital too, and they can move between them.
The wizards report back that Mr. Weasley is at the hospital and badly hurt. MgGonagall gets the other Weasley kids. Dumbledore then insists that Phineas - a distant relative of Sirius whose portrait still hangs in the HQ - to go tell Sirius about the news. Dumbledore then quickly sends the group off via portkey, so they aren't caught, to Sirius' home. However, although Dumbledore had been avoiding looking at Harry this whole time, they do lock eyes right before Harry goes. Harry feels a fury and wants to "sink his fangs" into Dumbledore.
Sirius says they have to wait here. The kids all want to run to the hospital to their dad. Sirius says if they went now, before they were even officially told of the attack, it would jeapordize the Order. The kids say they don't care about the order, and Sirius points out that this is exactly why they are not IN the order, that their father willingly took this risk and that the kids aren't mature enough to handle it yet.
Finally, the next morning, Mrs Weasley arrives to say their father is OK and everyone is thrilled. She thanks Harry for sounding the warning, which saved Mr Weasley's life. Harry tells Sirius about feeling snake-like both in the dream and when near Dumbledore, and Sirius tells him to get some sleep.
They go to a shopping area with a shabby storefront. They talk to a dummy and walk through it into the hospital. They pass one of the portraits of the hogwarts headmistress - Dilys Derwent - who also was a healer here. She winks at Harry and goes off to talk to Dumbledore.
They go up to the "dangerous bites" ward and Harry and the family go in. Mr. Weasley is fine but says the wound keeps bleeding, that they have to find an antidote for the venom. The kids try to find out what their father was 'on duty' doing at the time but he won't tell.
The kids are sent out and Mad Eye and Tonks go in. The kids use their Extendible Ears to listen in. The adults say that the snake was a lookout, and that Dumbledore is worried about Harry. Moody says "The boy's seeing things from inside You-Know-Who's snake ... obviously Potter doesnt realize what that means, but if You-Know-Who's possessing him ..."
The other kids all look at Potter with frightened eyes.
