Smoked Salmon is the perfect low carb appetizer or snack - salmon is healthy for you and full of omega oils! This recipe includes herbs and dill.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sour cream
1/8 tsp dill
1/8 tsp lemon juice
dash thyme
smoked salmon
capers
Mix together the mayo, sour cream, dill, lemon juice and thyme. Drizzle over smoked salmon and add capers. Enjoy!
Servings: 1
Carbs per serving: .8g
Note that the smoked salmon has 0g carbs, so you can eat as much as you want, simply drizzling more or less sauce on the pieces as you wish.
