Chocolate Malted Shake Recipe

You won't miss the fat and calories in this chocolate shake. Rich and delicious and best of all...guilt free! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups reduced-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 3 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free instant chocolate drink mix
  • 1/4 cup malted milk powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    Directions

    In 2 or 3 batches, blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
