Virgin Olive Oil

Virgin Olive Oil is a pure, unrefined monounsaturated oil, cold-pressed from fresh, good quality, undamaged olives. “Extra Virgin” means that the olive oil is of the highest quality available. For stir frying, to use in recipes and on salads, virgin or extra virgin olive oil is the only nutritious (containing some health enhancing fatty acids) unrefined oil that’s easily available in the marketplace. Be sure that you always buy virgin or extra virigin olive oil stored in a cannister or dark colored bottle to protect the oil from light rays.
