As you can see, this is only half of your daily carb count, so there's plenty of room in here to add in other items. The key to remember is that a lot of what comfort food is about is the flavors. Cheese, for example, with its creamy and rich flavors, is often very comforting to many people. Have broccoli with cheese sauce, make yourself some creamy homemade ice cream. If you're having a chocolate craving, there are *tons* of sugar-free chocolates out there which are decadently delicious.
