After growing up in a conservative synagogue and minimally observant home, I reconnected with the exploration of my faith later in life. Now the mother of four children, I aim to instill in them a deep love for and strong connection to their Jewish roots.
My husband and I are founding members of the Torah-observant Shul our family belongs to. I taught Judaics to preschoolers at a synagogue associated with the Reform movement, and our children attended a Community Day School until it closed in 2011. I appreciate the various expressions of Judaism and honor the unique and varied experiences of Jewish living within each individual.
I am a recent graduate of the Wexner Heritage program - a two year program of intensive Jewish study and leadership training. I have been involved in various volunteer positions in the Phoenix Jewish community where I live. I am also the Moms Editor at BellaOnline.
Together, we will wander and ponder through the many paths of Judaism. Looking forward!
