Hello and welcome to the addictions and children site. Every addiction first began as a bad behavior which gradually became a habit and then an addiction. When dealing with issues of addictions and children it is usually smart to identify the source or origin of each problem. Children are God´s gift to us and every gift of God should make us rich and not add sorrows to us. However if we do not handle our kids properly, if we ignore foundational issues, or relax in our duties as parents, then our children will get rebellious on us, and bring us constant heartache. Again, there are times when we have done all we know how, but things still go wrong, well, this is what addictions and children site is about, helping one another deal with real life issues.


1´m Chinedum Ify Obikili. I´m an author, writer, motivational speaker and a relationship counselor. Working with children is a passion very close to my heart. I believe in catching them young and keeping them on the right track. I run a book club for children and we meet every weekend. Every weekend I do my best to instill something positive in them in addition to our reading sessions.
