Greetings everyone! I am the author of Turn On Your Inner Light: Fitness for Body, Mind and Soul; a personal trainer with senior certification; I do stress reduction workshops for seniors,including emotional tools and strength training sessions for nuns (ages 50-88).I have spoken for the Alzheimer’s Foundation. I have a mother with Alzheimer’s and my father passed away from Alzheimer’s. I visit the Alzheimer’s ward regularly to spend time with other patients as well. I host a weekly wellness radio show on stress-management/ health and fitness. I am a prolific writer with a love of life and as you will soon find out- a great sense of humor. Alzheimer´s has taught me to live in the moment and let go...Afterall Alzheimer´s is the ultimate disease of letting go. I will present stress-reduction tips, health and wellness tools and affirmations to help you be the best you can be either as a patient, a caregiver or a person worrying about getting the disease.
