´I know how you feel´ - a sentence not always supported by ´Been there, done that´. Well dear reader, I lay claim to both!! Supporting friends through this maze of an illness plus having a taste of my own, I’ve developed a sincere passion concerning this topic. As a melanoma patient, researching all information on cancer has become a very important part of my life. Being the mother of three daughters - protecting their future is also of utmost concern for us as a family.

My profession as a goldsmith, has changed into the very important role of ´home executive´ and friend. This change has also given me the chance to fullfill my lifelong dream as a writer. Poetry and correspondence being my first love - the chance to be an editor for bellaonline has come just at the right time. Writing short stories for magazines, and working on my first novel is also in the works.

This all aids in my inquisitive nature towards the cancer topic. I shall stop at nothing to get answers for my friends and readers - as I believe all cancer patients and their loved deserve all the support possible. There are so much research done, so many cures available, so much you can do to prevent cancer or a come-back - that I want to share with you.
