I´ve always been interested in Asia. I loved Chinese food, Japanese cartoons and TV shows set in Korea (MASH). One day, I decided I was going to teach abroad. I ended up in China for four years.

I love China and think there are a great deal of misunderstandings about it. I walked through farmland, learned how to cook outside from goat farmers, was given potable water in little villages, and climbed a mountains with tiny women wearing high heels.

I´m back in the US now, but will I ever return to China? All signs point to yes.
