About the BellaOnline Independent Parties Editor

Cynthia Phillips is a woman that wears different hats; she is a military wife to a wonderful husband, a mother to four beautiful children which she home schools, a small business owner of CarCyn Gift Baskets, and is actively involved in politics particularly the Independent Parties. She is currently a Meetup organizer for the Campaign for Liberty! (Fayetteville, NC area).

Cynthia is a recovering Republican. After being disillusioned by the two political party system, she decided that her views were more libertarian, after watching presidential candidate hopeful Libertarian-Republican Ron Paul in the 2008 elections. She has a passion to educate others in the area of political justice, especially Constitutional rights. She believes that the Independent Parties do not receive enough merit and recognition in the mainstream media; she hopes to somehow contribute in helping “the little guy out”-- who doesn’t like seeing the underdog win?

She enjoys writing, poetry, and Classic American literature. She is an avid reader of the classic novels. Her articles are also published on Hub Pages. Also, if you like to blog, check her out at Momma´s Always Write! She has a degree in business administration from American InterContinental University. When she has the time, she likes to plant flowers and interesting plants in her quaint little garden.
