I have been a work at home professional since 2007 and a small business professional since 1998 working for small businesses usually between 5 to 15 employees. In addition, I have over seven years of Administrative Assistant experience and over 15 years working in marketing communications and internet marketing combined.

I´ve worn many hats in small business environments including management and HR responsibilities, project management, procurement, etc. After becoming a work-at-home mom as a freelance writer/virtual admin, I branched out to manage online content and social media. I currently write about that experience at BellaOnline´s Blogs & Social Networking.
