Casey Manes has a degree in education and English. She has been an English teacher for five years and a freelance writer for more than five years. Currently, she is a marketing and features staff writer at a university. She is a passionate reader and follower of women´s literature and the classics.

A few of her favorite authors include Elizabeth Gaskill, Jane Austen and Emily Bronte. In addition to reading women´s literature, she also enjoys writing. She is just wrapping up her first book, as she is passionate about writing inspirationally for women and using her writing to encourage others.
