Willow Figurines Review

With Christmas approaching rapidly I am finding myself frantic with worry. My daughter’s baby is due December 14th and I will be taking care of her two-year old. I have several writing commitments to keep up. I also adore Christmas and I love to decorate.

I have several nativity sets. I have a huge Christmas Village. I have collected these items over many years. Last year I didn’t decorate because my Dad passed away during December. My Mother just recently passed away.

But, this year I am going to decorate because I know my little granddaughter will love, all there is Christmas. I imagine you can deduce I teach her about animals and pets. Most important I teach her the true meaning of Christmas.

Pondering many times in times past, I have often wondered where the fascination of exotic pets began. Conceivably the first shepherd befriended a lamb; perhaps the very day that become known as Christmas.

My niece got me started with the Willow collection. My first piece was a woman with her arms outstretched with bluebirds perched on her arm. The first piece of the Willow Tree Collection I bought is when my daughter had her first child. I couldn’t think of anything more appropriate.
