Fatty Liver Disease (NASH)

Guest Author - Sharon Lasitter

Fatty Liver Disease Ė What doctors canít tell you
Conventional medicine, as with most digestive diseases or conditions, sadly has no answers for Fatty Liver Disease (Fatty Liver.) This unfortunate situation is not a result of what they wonít tell you, but what they canít tell you Ė simply because they do not know. Conventional diagnostics and prognosis hinges largely on corresponding medications; therefore, if there are no medications to treat a Fatty Liver, they simply havenít got any answers to give to you for its treatment. In other words, if conventional medical school doesnít teach about core causes of illnesses, a medical doctor wonít have acquired the knowledge to pass along to you.

Since most medical conditions, including Fatty Liver have an underlying, or core cause, in order to adequately treat a Fatty Liver, an educated understanding of the liver and its function is crucial. While conventional medicine endorses the idea that diet does not play a key role in Fatty Liver Disease, simply put, they are uniformed and often incorrect.

Fatty Liver and liver function - What is Fatty Liver?
Because the liver functions as the major filtering system of the body, it is essential that its cells are open and clear. If these cleansing cells are clogged with fat, the result is Fatty Liver Disease and a liver that cannot function. If Fatty Liver is present, the blood begins to become flooded with fat and toxins. A Fatty Liver then becomes a fat storage container, instead of a fat burner, making it impossible for a person with Fatty Liver Disease to lose weight, and easy to gain weight. Fatty Liver Disease, or NASH is present in individuals who drink little or no alcohol. Fatty Liver Disease symptoms.

What are the causes and treatments for Fatty Liver Disease?
Although conventional medicine cannot pinpoint a direct cause of or cure for Fatty Liver, it has definitely been linked to obesity, diabetes and cardio vascular disease, among other factors. A homeopathic physician will test for the individualís cause and corresponding treatments.
