For some people, fashion is something that comes out of a magazine. They flip through it's glossy pages filled with models in advertisements, and think little or nothing of it. These images are merely pictures and there is no love connection. To them, the world of style is insignificant and petty.

But for others, fashion is a way of life! They live and breathe it. Getting dressed is an event in itself-pairing certain tops with bottoms and accessories. Shopping is an experience and browsing through magazines is actually considered leisure. Models in the advertisements are not just images, but statuesque beings that set trends for upcoming seasons. Those glossy pages of the magazines take on a whole new meaning with photographs that are coveted, clipped and even used for vision boards! Fashion becomes inspiration.

Many design students are also bit by this bug. Fashion plays a significant role in their creations of avant-garde pieces and couture gowns. Think of the contestants on fashion design competition show, Project Runway. The designers have a knack for turning plain fabric into draped and woven masterpieces.

There are even some introverts that find their confidence in fashion. Creative expression is a way for them to showcase what they do not usually articulate verbally. Fashion sparks an energy in them that was hidden in their shells. Suddenly, the anti-socialite becomes vibrant because of their attractive style.

A lot of people talk about having life changing moments, but there are a set of individuals that claim fashion to be their epiphany. Being introduced to colors, drapery, and/or patterns was their lightbulb moment. The average person may not care about Oxford shoes or fringed sweaters.jeans. But, the chic crowd plays close attention to these re-occurring styles.

What started as a simple introduction to color blossomed into a full fledged love affair! Clothes have become the muse as style enthusiasts woo and pursue fashion. There is nothing wrong with this love connection. Courting season is in session.
