Have you ever thought of making jewelry with your papercrafting supplies? When I met some ladies at a Rubber Stamp show wearing this exquisite jewelry and found out the jewelry was made with PAPER, I knew I had to try it. They told me it was easy, and they were right, it was!! Here is my jewelry.

1. Stamp the Harmonia Jewel 3 times on black cardstock. Emboss with the silver embossing powder.
2. Cover with a coat of crystal lacquer and let dry.
3.
Cut one Harmonia close to the edges as shown. Cut the center from the other 2 pieces as shown. Use the Crystal Lacquer to glue all 3 pieces to another layer of black cardstock. For the larger square, leave one corner unglued. Let dry.4. Insert the bail in the unglued corner of the larger square. Use a clothespin to hold firmly until dry.
5. Working on one piece at a time, apply a layer of Crystal Laquer. Immediately apply the crystals as shown in the photo, or use your own color scheme. Let dry. When dry, apply a layer of Crystal Laquer to the back of each piece and let dry.
6. String the large image on the silver chain, Use the jump rings to join the small images to the earring wires.
A kit –called Picksey-Pick ups - is available containing toothpicks and beeswax. By heating a small piece of beeswax and wrapping it around the toothpick, you can make a tool perfect for picking up and setting the tiny crystals. I wouldn’t try making these with out that!
The jewelry is absolutely stunning. No one will believe you when you say you made it your self. Outlines™ sells everything you need. The crystals come in small packages, and I have enough left to make some additional jewelry. The stamps are available in several shapes, including squares, teardrops, circles and hearts. The company also sells metal filigree pieces to make the jewelry even more intricate.
I decided to see what else I could do with these great stamps . Here is a simple card I made, using the C-886 Skylla Jewel stamp.

I stamped it on white paper, embossed in copper, and used Sakura Gelly Roll pens instead of crystals.
