I have spent years trying out different brands of shampoo, conditioner and styling products. Occasionally I would find a product that I liked but after using it for a month or sometimes two, I would find myself looking for something new. Some of the products would build up on my hair and dull the shine and some of the products would cause my hair to feel dry and fly-away. The product never held up to my expectations. Have you had similar experiences? I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands.
After years of using literally hundreds of hair care lines and never finding exactly what I needed, I found a manufacturer who would put together all the qualities I want into one hair care line. I have learned through years of experience, what works to create beautiful healthy hair and what does not.

Sunscreen is a very important ingredient in today’s hair care products. The sun’s UVA and UVB rays are stronger and more damaging than they have ever been in our history. I wanted sunscreen in all of my styling products because 99% of women and men use some kind of hair color. The sun is a natural oxidizing agent. Every exposure works to alter your hair color. Your color begins to fade and your hair begins to dry out. The sunscreen not only helps to protect hair color but also preserves the hair's precious moisture balance.

Each item in the LC Legacy line contains ingredients to progressively condition and strengthen your hair. These ingredients react with your hair with every use. Hydrolyzed wheat protein bonds with your hair to strengthen and improve the elasticity of each hair strand. Pure, natural oils smooth, and soften the hair and condition the scalp. Each product is formulated to the correct ph balance so that the hair follicle will stay sealed to keep in hair color and natural moisture. Other ingredients help to control static electricity and add glossy shine.

I consider the testing of beauty products on animals to be cruel and completely unnecessary. There is never animal testing in any of the LC Legacy products.
