All of us have habits we seek to shed. Sometimes these are habits that negatively effect our health or relationships, sometimes these habits just bother us in general. Disliking something we do, and continuing to do it anyway, eventually takes a toll on our self esteem and sense of self will. Often we arrive in a mental and emotional space where changing the pattern we now abhor has come to seem a challenge insurmountable.
The truth is that this is never the case. We always have the power, and the will, to change our habits and patterns. What we truly need is to be reminded of this strength. The first step to this is to bring it into consciousness. The following spell assists with bringing consciousness to the present moment and strengthening our will to continue on the path of change and self evolution.
There is one energy flowing through all that exists. The rocks, birds, trees, and chairs are filled with and made from this flow. The eagle, sure of sight, is this energy. The maple, standing sure and strong, is this energy. Thrones, solid and stately, are this energy. All in existence is this energy, and this energy is Goddess.
I exist, and so must, myself, be Goddess. Infinity is infinite in every direction, and so I too am infinite in every direction. I am the infinite divine.
I know as an infinite being, as Goddess, I am strong. I am possessed of a will that accomplishes each and all aspects of my self growth and evolution with ease.
There is nothing standing in my way. No one else may infringe upon my will. I believe wholeheartedly in my ability to achieve positive change and move forward. My will is strong and grows stronger every moment and every day.
I am grateful for the infinite will that I naturally possess. I am grateful for the ability to use this will to achieve ever improving, new, and beautiful moments for myself.
I release my words and my gratitude into the universe knowing, that as I do so, my will shall grow into the infinite, and so return to me with ever increasing strength. I know this, release, and let it be so. And so it is.
