Each day brings us new gifts and challenges, each an opportunity to learn and grow. Starting each morning with a conscious moment of gratitude can reinforce a positive perspective to bring us through the day. Since building trust and faith with the universe assists us to remain in flow, and positive perspective builds trust and faith, these moments are very powerful tools. The following is a morning prayer to offer in gratitude to the energy that is all.
There is one energy, creating and existing as all that is. The sun peaking over the horizon is of this energy. The air I am breathing is of it. The birds waking up for the bright day, and those settling in to their nests for sleep, are of this energy. This energy is infinite. This energy is all. I recognize this energy, this all, as Goddess.
I know that I too am of this energy. And so I am one with the waking and sleeping birds, one with the sun moving through its daily cycle, one with the air I breathe. I am one with the infinite and one with Goddess. I, myself, am divine Goddess.
Infinite Divinity, Goddess, and all creation made and embodied within and without exists in a state of joy, love, and gratitude. I revel in the experience of joy, love, and gratitude being infinitely present in each moment in my life.
I live in gratitude for this beauty filling my life, infinitely growing in each infinite moment. I am grateful for the gentle expression, and passionate drive each new growth of love brings. I am grateful for the levity and dancing of spirit joy introduces to my life. I am grateful for this feeling and expression of infinite gratitude that colors my life with beauty and illustrates the illusions created by regret.
I release this prayer and my gratitude into Goddess, into the Infinite Divine, knowing that, as I do so, words, feelings, and thoughts of love, joy, and gratitude shall spread and grow, infinitely creating more of themselves, spreading through all of creation as ripples in a pond. I trust in this and let it be so. And so it is.
