The Votes are in and the Top 10 Most Powerful Voices have been chosen! The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, GMC TV, Roland Corporation and Light Records announce the Top 10 finalists of the Most Powerful Voices Gospel competition.

The Top 10 Finalists are currently being judged by gospel music industry leaders including former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams, Vice President of Entertainment One Gospel and President of A&R, Light Records James Robinson and Hip Hop recording artist Flame along with judges from Roland Corporation, GMC and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. One artist will be judged the Grand Prize winner and will be announced on the site at power.watchgmctv.com on April 23!

Open to all independent artists, groups and choirs The Powerful Voices competition is specifically designed to showcase inspiring music and aspiring artists and choirs across America while educating people about stroke. It is designed not to be a popularity contest. Advancement is determined by a combination of fan voting and ratings, judges rating and pre-set contest algorithms designed to surface top talent with the most potential. And while no system is entirely perfect, the combination and weighting of these factors helps ensure contest integrity, fairness and results better than any individual rating or ranking system.

While the judges are reviewing the top ten to select a Grand Prize winner, fans can vote until April 20th to select a Fan Favorite among ALL contestants. All votes have been reset to zero for this new round. The Fan Favorite winner will be featured alongside the Grand Prize winner on April 23rd. By voting for your favorite you can also win a trip to New York for the Power Weekend. One lucky fan can win round-trip airfare for two, a luxury hotel room in NYC and attend the Power Weekend performance and more!
