lap This is the sound that a cat, dog, or other animal makes when drinking liquid with the tongue. This sound could also be made by a human.
lash This is the sound that is made when something is moving suddenly or violently, or when something is thrashed or beat violently. Think about the sound rain makes when lashing at windows.
lilt This is the sound of singing or music playing in a light, tripping, or rhythmic manner.
lisp This is the sound of someone speaking when the way they pronounce the s and the z makes these letters sound like th.
low This is the sound made by a cow.

meow, mew, or mrow - Those are all sounds made by cats.
moan - This is a low, inarticulate sound.
moo This is another way to describe the sound made by a cow.
mum This sound is made with lips closed when a person does not wish to speak.
mumble When one speaks in an indistinct manner, one mumbles.
mutter When one speaks inaudibly with closed lips or speaks so softly that what is said can hardly be heard, one mutters.
mwahaha, or mwahaha, or/ muahaha This is the famous sound of evil, diabolical laughter.
