Jesus Wept and I Could Not Love You More (companion cd)***
Howard Publishing and Here to Him Music

Howard Publishing has released a new book entitled Jesus Wept from award-winning author Bruce Marchiano. In conjunction with the book, Here to Him Music has released the cd I Could Not Love You More.

You may remember Bruce from the movie The Gospel According to Matthew where he played Jesus. Now he has written a book that lets us know that Jesus is there with us during our troubled times. This book tells us to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and we will make it through the storms. I really found it very easy to read and enjoyed it tremendously.

The companion cd has the voices of some of Christian musics top performers including; Natalie Grant, Joe Rogness and Margaret Becker who sings my favorite on the cd Jesus, Draw Me Ever Near. Margaret's performance on that one track alone is worth the buy. For more information on the project log on to here to him.com

Summertime, Mick Rowe **

Mick Row has put together a CD that deals with not only songs of salvation but a total concept of love and it's power to minister. The CD starts off with a powerful and hard hitting rocked out song Please Save Me. Which pleads with God to bring us back to a relationship with him. One of my favorites on the CD is the wonderfull ballad Pray. I guess the title of that tunes says it all. Overall if you like Petra and Christ Tomilin then you will love Mick Row. Breaking Beautifully, Addison Road **

This new project from the group that brought you "Not What You Think" a few years ago is full of up-tempo pop-rock songs with an underlying theme that all we need is God.

With the stirring lead vocalist Jenny Simmons in front the band gives you a No Doubt quality. A stand out on the CD is the title track Breaking Beautifully. It opens with tight percussion and the musicianship is also a great feature on the track with Ryan Gregg lead guitarist paving the way. This song talks about breaking to finding the true will of God for your life. No doubt something to think about. Overall a good project from a band with many talents.
