Signing up is easy--just look to the right side of this article and you'll see "Free Newsletter" with a space for your email address. Just enter your email address and click the arrow and you're all set.

When you sign up, double-check your email address for spelling errors or other mistakes. If you have a spam-checker, it might try to block the newsletter as spam, so please add this site to your “whitelist” or put us in your address book. A confirmation email will be sent to you, letting you know you've been signed-up. You don’t have to do anything with that email, it’s just a notification. If you don't see that message in 24 hours, check your spam filters and try signing up again.

If at any time yo want to unsubscribe, just send me a note, or follow the unsubscribe instructions. You will see unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of every newsletter you receive, so if at anytime you want off the list, just click and you'll be removed.
