A Potential New Alzheimer's Drug - Gleevec

Dr. William Netzer, a researcher from the Fischer Foundation in NY has returned from the 9th Alzheimer’s conference. He has a personal interest in Alzheimer’s research as he was a caregiver to his mother who died from the disease. Currently, Dr. Netzer is studying an anti-cancer drug, Gleevec, and its exciting application to Alzheimer’s Disease treatment.
